Mr. George was appointed President and CEO of Huntingdon REIT in January 2010 and previously served as the President and CEO of IAT Air Cargo Facilities Income Fund during 2009. Mr. George has been a Managing Member of FrontFour Capital Group LLC, since 2006. Mr. George previously served as a Senior Investment Analyst at Pirate Capital LLC and an Officer at Mizuho Corporate Bank LTD. He currently serves as a Trustee on the board of Huntingdon REIT and as a Director on the board of Cornell Companies, Inc., and previously served as the Lead Independent Director of PW Eagle Inc. and as a Director of Allied Defense Group, Inc. Mr. George received his JD from Brooklyn Law School.
